Pork Chops and Vegetable Soup Casserole

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • Campbells vegetarian alphabet soup



Step 1

Place pork chops in 2 or 3 qt casserole dish. Salt and pepper chops and pour one can of Vegetarian alphabet soup on top of chops. Add one can of water to bottom of casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. If you don't have a cover use aluminum foil and poke a few holes in in it to vent the steam.
