Creamy Fruit Dip with Caramel Topping

Combine cream cheese, marshmallow cream, mayonnaise and extract in a large bowl, stirring until well blended
- 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise

With the heel of your hand gently flatten pork slices to a thickness fo about 14 inch
- 1 pork tenderloin, about 3/4 lb., cut into 1 inch thick slices. Seasoned pepper (garlic pepper or a pepper blend)
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1. In large, heavy stockpot, brown Italian sausage, breaking up as you stir
- 2 LBS. Italian sausage, casings removed (mild or hot)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28 oz. ) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 cups water (for a long period of simmering for flavors to meld. If you don't want to simmer it as long, add less)
- 3 tea. basil
- 2 tea. dried parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tea. brown sugar
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/4-1/2 tea. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tea. fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- parmesan cheese
Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes

Prepare the creme fraiche ahead of time by combining 1 cup of the heavy cream with 1/2 cup of the sour cream
- 1 cup, plus 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 lbs. small red potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- One 8 oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tsp. roasted garlic (from a jar or homemade)
- 1 tsp. The Lady's House Seasoning
- 1 tsp. The Lady's Seasoned Salt
- 4 tbsp. butter, slivered
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

For the soup, in a lg pot, heat the oil over med-high heat
- Soup:
- 3 tb. olive oil
- 3 lbs. gr. beef
- 4 stalks celery, finely chopped (2 cups)

- 12 oz. fresh tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)
- 2 beef bouillon cubes (sub BV)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil

- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups chopped white potato
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Dunkers:
- 10 slices white bread, quartered and crusts removed
- 5 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 10 slices American cheese, quartered
