Cookies and Cream Cake

Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder
- 2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c soy milk
- 1/2 c margarine, soft.
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 egg whites
- 1 c crushed cookies
Apricot Kugel (Judy Bodner)

Combine and put dough in fridge for a few hours
- Top:
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 sticks marg
- 8 T water
- 3 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 16 oz thin noodles, cooked
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 5 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Small jar of apricot jelly
Potatoes

Place in 9x13 pan and bake for 40 min at 200°
- 4 T mustard
- 4 T olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small onion
- Salt
- Pepper
Triangle Oatmeal

Bake at 350° for 30-35 min in 10 inch round pan
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c flour
- Dash salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 T vanilla sugar
- 1 1/4 c oatmeal
- 3/4 c chocolate chips
- Bake at 350° for 30-35 min in 10 inch round pan.
Dairy Noodle Kugel (Tamar)

- 1 pkg medium noodles
- 1 stick marg
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c milk
- Cinnamon on top
Zucchini Salad

Mix dressing
- Dressing:
- 2 zucchini
- 1 lb celery
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 3/4 c mayo
- 3/4 c oil
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1/2 c sugar
Italian Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 Shake flour in oven bag, place; in 13x9x2 inch pan
- 1 oven bag, large size
- 2 T flour
- 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 pkg of your favorite pasta, cooked, drained
Apple Pear Crisp

Combine and bake for 1 hr at 350°
- 3 apples
- 3 pears
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c oil
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 T orange juice
Noodle Pineapple Kugel (Yonina)

Cook noodles, let them cool
- 8 oz medium noodles
- 3 T marg, melted
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can pineapple slices
- Cherries
- 1/2 c brown sugar
Potato Knishes (Mishpacha)

Mix and place in 9x13. Brush with egg and seeds and bake
- 8 potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 4 onions, sautéed
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 T salt
- 2 1/2 c flour
