Banana Cream Puffs

This dessert tastes much the same as Banana Cream Pie
- Cream Puffs:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- Filling:
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- Dash salt
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- Mocha Chocolate Sauce:
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate
- chips
- 3 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. strong brewed
- coffee
Fresh Rhubarb Crisp

1) If the rhubarb is very thick, peel it first to remove outer skin
- For 4 to 5 servings you will need:
- 3 cups fresh sliced rhubarb
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Dash salt
- Topping:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds or
- chopped walnuts
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice

- 6 fresh medium mushrooms,

- 6 green onions, finely
- chopped
- 8 ounces deveined, shelled
- shrimp, cooked and finely
- chopped
- 1 hard-cooked egg, finely
- chopped
- 1-1/2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 40 wanton wrappers
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Carrot stick and green onion
