Barbecued Corn n Bacon

1. Rinse the fresh corn quickly in cold water
- For 4 servings you will need:
- 4 fresh corn on the cob, with
- husks attached 4 to 8 slices bacon 3 Tbsp. chopped chives or fresh
- oregano leaves or parsley
- Oil, optional

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 '/2 cups fresh raspberries and/or blueberries
Yummy Cheese Bread

Melt butter Mix in 1/2 of cheese Add mayonnaise, mix well Add rest of cheese along with garlic powder, parsley
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (medium or sharp Cheddar and Montery Jack)
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups mayonnaise
- garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
