- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups sliced mixed mushrooms
- 1 medium red onion, sliced into rings
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 12-inch prebaked whole-grain thin-crust pizza shell( i used a regular 12-inch)
- 1 cup packed shredded light Monterrey jack cheese
