- 1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds, chopped and toasted
- 1/3 cup panko (Japanese) bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tilapia fillets (4 ounces each)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, divided
- 6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pound ground pork

Spiced Moscow Mule

- In a copper Mug or a glass tumbler
- 4 slices of candied ginger
- 1 1/2 (45ml) of vodka
- 1 oz (30ml) of lime juice
- Stir, Fill
- Fill the mug with ice cubes and top up with ginger ale, or ginger beer.
- Garnish with mint spring, a skewer of candied ginger and a lime wedge.
