Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast halves
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg Cream Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg Cheddar Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Italian Seasoned Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 3/4 cup Butter, melted
- 2 tbsps Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Paprika (optional)
- oil, for greasing pan
Granola Streusel-Topped Sweet Potatoes

Place potato pieces in 4 quart saucepan or dutch oven
- 6 medium dark orange sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces (7 to 8 cups)
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup or maple flavored syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon slat
- 4 nature valley maple brown sugar crunchy granola bars (2 pouches from 8.9 ounce box) crushed
