  • 12 eggs
  • 48 oz peanut butter
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 8 t baking soda
  • 1 T karo syrup
  • 2 lb brown sugar
  • 1 lb M & M's
  • 18 cups oatmeal
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 lb nuts
  • Note: I add whatever I have handy and actually like butterscotch chips in mine. So I use about half bag of chocolate and half bag of butterscotch.

  • 1 small head Broccoli (1/2 lb)
  • 1 large boiling Potato (1/2 lb)
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 red Bell Pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 large Garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tbl unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry Mustard
  • 2 tbl all-purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 6 oz Sharp Cheddar, coarsely grated (1 1/2 cups)
