Spanish Meatballs

From Aunt Joann - you will want to double or triple this recipe
- Sauce:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 T sugar
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small onion,chopped
New England Clam Chowder

- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can new england clam chowder
- 1 can Milnot or any other condensed milk
- 1/2 can milk
Fruit Salad

- 1 can peach pie filling
- 3 medium banana's (slice and put in pineapple juice)
- 1 can chunk pinapple (drained)

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup nuts

- 24 large marshmellows
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 great big Hershey Almond Bar
- Pie crust (baked)
- Cool whip
Bingo Cake

Recipe from Aunt Joann - she says its very moist and good
- Frosting:
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c salad oil
- 1 jar 4 oz applesauce baby food
- 1 jar 4 oz apricot baby food
- 1 jar 4 oz carrot baby food
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
Peach Pie

Heat oven to 425 Mix dry ingrediants then mix in peaches
- Pie crust
- 2 cans (1 lb 13 oz) sliced peaches, drained
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 3 T butter
Creamy Baked Chicken Breast

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 (4 x 4) slices swiss cheese
- 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix crushed
- 1/4 c butter, melted
Potato Casserole

- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c Helman's mayo or sour cream
- 2 c crushed corn flakes

- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 can (15 oz) cut sweet potatoes (drained and mashed)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
