Ham Balls/ Di's

In a large bowl, combine all meats, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs
- Ham Balls:
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 lbs. Ground Ham
- 1 lb. Ground Pork
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Sauce:
- 1 Can Tomato Soup, no water
- 1/3 Cup Vinegar
- 1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
Lasagna / Vicky

Brown and drain hamburger with minced onion
- Mix together:
- Sm box of Lasagna Noodles / boiled and drained
- 1 lb. Hamburger (brown and drain)
- Minced Onion
- 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1 8-12 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Basil
- touch of garlic powder
- touch of oregano
- 1 Lg and Sm jar of Ragu Sauce with meat
Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole/Jen

1. Find two boxes of Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice
- 2 (4.3 ounce) boxes Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice
- 1 C white rice (I buy short grain)
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans or 1 (23 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 C milk
- 2 C warm water
- 2 C cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 T butter, melted
- 3 chicken breasts or Rotisserie chicken
Potato Casserole/Work

Mash boiled potatoes with soup, sour cream and butter
- Topping:
- 8-10 Potatoes (2 lbs)
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 C. Sour Cream (16oz)
- 2 C. Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup chopped Onion : Optional
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 C. Butter
- 2 C. crushed Corn Flakes and 1/4 C. Melted Butter
Greek Spaghetti

In saucepan: Melt butter, add chic paste, seasoning and garlic
- Meat tenderizer:
- Chicken Bullion Cube
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cavenders Greek Spice
- 1 clove Garlic
- Spaghetti (4-5 person serving)
- Parmesan
- Garlic
- Chicken Bullion
- Seasoning
Raspberry Banana Smoothies/ Di's

Add to blender and blend
- 3 Bananas
- 1 carton of Raspberries
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 1 1/2 trays of ice cubes
- 1 Big Squeeze of Honey
- Sugar to taste
- Dump all into the blender and blend!
7 Layer Tortilla Pie/ Di's

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 Cans Refried Beans
- 1 cup salsa, divided
- 4 oz can green chiles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 T Taco seasoning
- 2 T Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
- 7 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. For cake, preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Topping:
- 3 Cups Flour
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 T. Flour
- 4 T. Melted Butter
- 4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Cup chopped Nuts
Scalloped Potatoes and Ham/ Vicky

Peel, cut and boil potatoes until almost tender
- Sauce:
- 8-12 Potatoes (peeled and cut to fry)
- Ham - cut in small pieces (amount of your choice)
- Milk - 1/2 a Large Sauce Pan filled
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1/3 Cup flour and a little milk mixed in cup
- 1 Can Cheddar Soup
- 6-8 slices of Velvetta/ 1/2 lb
- Pepper to taste

- 1 1/2 Cups Minute Rice
- Boil:then add rice...
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp. Butter
- Let set 5 mins.
