Pea Soup/ Gr Kruger's/Vicky's

Soak Peas. Cook meat. Add peas to pot and cover with water
- Soak 16 oz bag Whole Green Peas overnight: Cover with water and add 1 tsp baking soda.
- Cook soup meat. Cover with water and some minced onion and simmer.
- 5-6 Potatoes (cut into sm pieces)
- 1-2 Lg Carrots (chopped)
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 T. Beef Base to taste
Cheese and Broccoli Soup/ Vick's

Boil potatoes until tender
- 5-6 Potatoes (cut sm pieces)
- 2 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Frozen Calif Blend Veggies (chopped)
- 1/2 lb Velveeta
- 3-4 T Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Can Broccoli Cheese Soup
- Chopped Ham (Deli Ham if you want)
Coffee Cake/ Bill's

Mix first ingredients. Pour in greased pan
- Topping:
- 2 Cups Bisquick
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 2 T. Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 T. Butter
Apple Salad/Sandy

Combine all fruit in a large bowl
- Dressing:
- 3 Granny Smith apples
- 3 Braeburn apples
- 1-2 sm. cans of mandarin oranges drained
- 1-2 cans of pineapple chunks drained
- seedless red grapes cut in half
- 1 pkg cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c miracle whip
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c sugar
Grandma's Bean Soup/ Tracie's

Bake the ham roast with some water
- Bag of Northern Beans
- Ham Bone
- Ham Roast
- Carrots (chopped)
Calico Beans/ Ginny's

Brown and drain hamburger and onions
- 1 lb. Hamburger (browned and drained)
- 1 lb. Lil' Smokies Sausages
- 1/2 Cup Onion (chopped)
- 2 - 21 oz Cans Pork n' Beans
- 1- 15 oz Can Kidney Beans
- 1- 15 oz Can Butter Beans
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 4 tsp White Vinegar
Spaghetti/ Vicky's

Brown and drain Hamburger with chopped onion and green pepper
- Spaghetti Noodles (5 serving)
- Lg and Sm Ragu Sauce with Meat
- Chopped onion and green pepper
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 T. Prestis - Taco Seasoning
- 1 lb Hamburger (browned and drained)
Chicken Spaghetti/ Cindy Sonquist

350 at 1 hour uncovered Can make up the night before and refrigerate
- 16 oz cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth ( I put the whole can in )
- cooked chicken -cut up
Tuna Casserole/ Vick's

Boil and drain noodles. Add ingredients and bake at 350 degrees fro 30 mins
- 1 can Cheese Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Chic Soup
- 1 Can Tuna
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas
- Part pkg of Wide Noodles (boiled and drained)
- A little Milk
Chunky Chili/ Jenna's

- 1/4 Med onion (chopped)
- 1 T Chili Powder
- 1 can 16oz Diced Tomato
- 1 can 16oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 Lg Mrs Grimes Chili Beans
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- Chopped Pepper
- 1/2 Can Water
