- 1 cup flour
- 1 T sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 t butter
- 1 1/2 C cottage cheese
- 16 oz. cream cheese

- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1 t grated lemon rind
- 1/4 C butter
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 cups blueberries (or raspberries, or strawberries)

- 4 large VERY ripe Bartlett pears* (about 2 pounds total) peeled, halved, and cored
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons pear brandy (but I couldn't find any and used Peach Schnapp's) You can't detect the alcohol in the finished recipe.
