Boil macaroni according to box instructions
- 1 8oz box of Macaroni Noodles
- 2-3 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup margarine (melted)
- salt/pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup strawberry jelly
- 1 pkg(6 oz.) raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered
- 1/2 oz. white chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil

- 1 jar (12 oz.) red raspberry jelly or seedless jam
- 4 squares semi sweet chocolate (4 oz. chips)

Asparagus-Parmesan Cheese Puffs

Cut or snap off the tough stem ends from the asparagus spears and discard
- 1/4 lb. asparagus spears
- 3/4 cup milk
- 5 Tbs. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 eggs, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Irish whiskey (optional; use 1 teaspoon vanilla if desired)
- scant 1/4 teaspoon Irish Cream flavor
- 8 1/2 ounces All-Purpose Flour
- 2 ounces white rice flour
