  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/3 cups milk of choice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup flour of choice

  • 1 leek (white part and one inch green) well rinsed and cut into 1/2 inch dice
