- 3 medium green peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces

- 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust,softened as directed on box

- 2 Cups powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 Cups of 1/4-inch slices firm ripe bananas (about 2 medium)

1)Spread half of the crushed wafers in the bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan
- 1 Cup crushed vanilla wafers,divided
- 1 Pkg (3oz) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix

- 1 Pkg (3oz) strawberry gelatin
- 1 Cup whipped topping

1) In a large saucepan, heat 4 cups chicken stock and the saffron
- 1 container (32 oz.) chicken stock plus more for thinning the rice
- A generous pinch saffron
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 - 3/4 cup broken spaghetti or orzo pasta
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, grated or finely chopped
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cinnamon stick (3 inch)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 lemon, juiced, plus 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 3/4 - 1 pound chopped cooked turkey
- Chopped parsley or cilantro, for garnish

- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 (10-ounce) package Creme de Menthe baking chips (recommended: Andes)
- Shaved Creme de Menthe thins (recommended: Andes)
- Chocolate frosting
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk

- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 green onions, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco (Mexican cheese)
Cocktails (Watermelon Mojitos)

Muddle 2 watermelon chunks with the juice of 1 lime and 2 teaspoons sugar in each glass
