- 1 Haas avocado
- lemon juice
- 8 oz crabmeat
- 1 1/2 t butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 T sherry
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 c grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Passover Matza Kugel

- 5 c matza farfels
- 1 c sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 jar apple sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 3 t cinnamon
- 1 c white raisins

- 1 c grated/drained potatoes
- 1/4 c grated onion
- 1 t kosher salt

BLT Hot Dogs with Caraway Remoulade

1. In a medium bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with the shallots, capers, pickle toasted caraway
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 T minced shallots
- 2 t chopped capers
- 1 T chopped dill pickle
- 1 T caraway seeds, toasted
- 8 hot dogs, cooked
- 8 hot dog buns
- 8 slices crisp, applewood smoked bacon
- 1 c chopped tomatoes
- 4 c shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/3 c small basil leaves
CHARD AND CORN GRATIN

- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 generous bunch swiss chard or rainbow chard, stemmed and washed

- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t chopped rosemary
- 1 t fresh thyme leaves
- black pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c milk
- 2-3 oz Gruyere, grated (1/2-1/3 c), to taste
- kernels from 2 cooked ears sweet corn (1 1/2 - 2 c)
