Savannah Cheesecake Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter in bowl
- CRUST
- 1 C flour
- 1/4 C packed light brown sugar
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter melted
- FILLING
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese softened
- 1 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 t vanilla or almond extract
- Fresh berries for garnish
Picnic Beans

Place canadian bacon and onion in a nonstick skillet
- 2 slices Canadian bacon
- 2/3 C chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz) can light red beans rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz) can great northern beans rinsed and drained
- 2 (8 oz) cans no salt added tomato sauce
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 3 T molasses
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 t chili powder
Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1/2 t lemon extract
- 1/2 C mashed banana (l medium)
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 C flour
- 1 C chocolate chips (6 oz)
Banana Bread

Move oven rack to low position so that tops of pans will be in center of oven
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C mashed very ripe bananas (3 to 4 medium)
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 1/2 C flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 C chopped nuts
Three Cheese Macaroni

Preheat oven to 375. Butter 10 mini (1 cup) pie plates or a 9 by 13 baking dish
- 1 stick unsalted butter, plus more for pie plates
- 1 C panko breadcrumbs
- 5 C whole milk
- 1/2 C flour
- 4 C grated sharp cheddar cheese (10 oz)
- 1 1/2 C grated Gruyere cheese (4 oz)
- 1 1/2 C grated fontina cheese (4 oz)
- Coarse salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 t grated nutmeg
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1 pound elbow macaroni

- 1/2 C butter

- 1 T sugar

- 1 1/2 C melted butter
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 C baby food bananas
- 5 oz. pkg banana cream pudding mix (Jello 6 serving)
- 3 1/2 C flour
- 1 C chopped nuts (salted peanuts)
- 2 C peanut butter chips
- 1/2 C sugar for later
Green Beans with Chicken and Crumbled Feta Cheese

Broil chicken with a dash of olive oil and lemon slices on top for 4 or 5 minutes
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breats (2 to 4)
- 1 T olive oil, plus some for drizzling
- 1 lemon
- 6 oz. fresh green beans (1/2 C per person)
- 1/2 C fresh feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- salt and pepper
