- 3 bunch (about 1 cup) fresh mint, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon sugar, preferably super fine
- 1/3 cup light rum
- 3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
- 1/3-1/2 cup sparkling water, chilled
