Pull Apart Squash Rolls (Bread Machine)

Place all ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order listed, starting at the top
- ½ c. warm milk
- ¼ c. warm water
- 4 Tbs. salted butter, melted & cooled to room temp.
- ½ c. butternut squash, cooked & mashed
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. unbleached ap flour
- 2½ tsp. instant yeast (or bread machine yeast)
Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

Heat oil over medium heat in a medium sauce pan
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup peppers and sauce from canned chipotles in adobo, minced
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp spicy brown (or creole) mustard
- 1 Tbsp molasses (or brown sugar, optional)
- Black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
- 7 oz cream cheese
- 3 oz fresh pumpkin puree
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 tspn ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tspn ground ginger
- 1 tspn freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tspn allspice
- 1/4 tspn ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with liners
- Streusel:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

1. Carefully peel back corn husks, but do not remove
- 8 * 8 ears fresh corn in husks
- 4 * 4 tsp. finely shredded lime peel (peel from 2 to 3 limes)
