Tequila Lime Shrimp Pizza

Place shrimp with all marinade ingredients in a medium container
- 12 extra-large or jumbo shrimp, shelled, deveined and cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Pizza
- 1 pound store-bought dough, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup hot salsa of your choice (such as habanero-lime, or chipotle-lime if you prefer a smokier flavor)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1. Mix everything together
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb Ground Pork
- 1/2 cup Corn Meal
- 1/4 cup HOT Salsa (Make it yourself if you have time!)
