Pretzel Rolls

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the dough hook, whisk together the warm water, yeast and sugar
- For the dough:
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water (about 105 to 110 degrees F)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 .25-ounce packet)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg white
- Coarse salt, for sprinkling
- For the boiling solution:
- 2 quarts water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan
- Crust
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cheesecake
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
Chocolate Chip Crumb Muffins

Sift together the all purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda and kosher salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips mixed with 1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons cold unsalted butter, diced
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, chopped (this is the remaining amount of chocolate chips in the 12 ounce bag)
Peach Chutney

Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil
- 5 * 5 cups chopped peeled peaches (about 1 3/4 pounds)
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 * 3 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 * 1 minced seeded jalapeño pepper
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 * 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
The Big Game Chex Party Mix

1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and almonds
- 3 cups Corn Chex® cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex® cereal
- 3 cups Wheat Chex® cereal
- 2 cups honey mustard flavor small pretzel twists, pieces or nuggets
- 1 cup smoked almonds
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard or hot and spicy mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

- 1 (15oz) can unsweetened pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup half and half cream

Combine flour, cake batter, baking powder, salt and sugars in a food processor (yep, not a mixer) and process brief...
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2/3 cup cake batter (I used Funfetti)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 10 ounces unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup granulate sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 TBSP cake flour
- 2 TBSP purple food coloring
- 1 1/2 cups sprinkles (maybe more depending on your love of the sprinkle)
Maple Pecan Rice Pudding

In a small bowl, combine the raisins and bourbon
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup raisins
- 3 * 3 tablespoons bourbon, such as Makers Mark
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup white basmati rice
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 * 5 cups half-and-half, divided
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 * 1 extra-large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 * 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, plus extra for serving (optional)
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon natural maple flavoring
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Caramel Stuffed Snickerdoodles

- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
