  • 2 medium sugar pie pumpkins or kabocha squashes (about 3 pounds each)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark rum (optional)
