GLAZED LEMON POUND CAKE

- 5 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened, plus more for pan
- 3/4 cup plus 3 Tbsp Sugar, plus more for dusting
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice, plus grated Zest of 2 Lemons
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 Large Eggs
WHITE CHOCOLATE, STRAWBERRY, AND OATMEAL COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level with a knife
- 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla, extract
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup Dried Strawberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup White chocolate chips
RASPBERRY-LEMON TART

Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll pie crust on a floured surface to an 11 ½ - inch circle
- 1/2 (15-ounce) package unfolded refrigerated unbaked pie crust (1 crust)
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp Margarine or Butter
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice from concentrate
- 2 cups fresh Raspberries or sliced Strawberries
- Sifted Powdered Sugar
Pizza Dough - Thin Crust

Stir the yeast, sugar and ¾ cup warm (110 F) water together and set aside for 5 minutes
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt

- 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp butter, divided
- 2 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
Strawberry-Walnut Salad

Whisk dressing ingredients together
- Dressing for one serving:
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Mixed Field Greens
- 4-5 Medium Strawberries, quartered
- Sliced Red Onion
- Chopped Walnuts
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- Cup of Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup (or less) Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Black Pepper

Taco Salad

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped and divided
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 2-4 tomatoes, wedged
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 8 oz bottle Thousand Island dressing

This is heartier pizza dough – perfect for grilling
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp lukewarm water (105-115 F°)
- 1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, plus additional for dusting
- 2 Tbsp yellow cornmeal

I have found that using the marinade in the Asian Flank Steak recipe or Thai Grilled Beef recipe both go very well ...
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Serrano chilies, minced
- Salad;
- 1 lb flank steak, grilled and sliced into thin strips against the grain
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1 3/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon grass
