  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 thin slice onion, chopped fine
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 serrano peppers, chopped fine
  • 1 handful cilantro, chopped fine

  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 2 cans corn
  • 4 cans Mexican Stewed tomatoes (I use 1 can Rotel and 3 others)
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (I prefer 2 cans Navy Beans)
  • Taco Seasoning packet
  • Ranch Dressing/Dip packet
  • Optional toppings: chopped cilantro, cheese, fritos, sour cream
