Brownies (Warm Nutty Caramel)

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 10 x 15 jelly roll pan
- 1 Pkg Semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided (12 oz.)
- 1 pkg (18-21 oz.) brownie mix (plus indgredients to make cake-like brownies)
- 3/4 Cup packed brown sugar, divided
- 1 cup nuts, chopped and divided
- 40 pieces Rolo Candies (or any chocolate covered caramel candy)
Pizza Dough (Calzone Dough)

Combine yeast, sugar, 1 cup of the flour, and salt in a large bowl
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour (can use a combination of white and whole wheat if you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 cup very warm water
Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

1.Preheat the oven to 350°
- 1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) unsalted butter, 1 stick melted, 1/2 stick softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
- 1 cup canned pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon plus 2 pinches salt
- 1-2/3 cups flour
- 4 ounces cream cheese, chilled
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
Amaretto Cream Sauce

In a small bowl mix cornstarch with the Amaretto, whisk until smooth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Amaretto Liqueur
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate Duet Cookies

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for less sweetness use less white chocolate and more semi-sweet chocolate)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts nuts
Ginger Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cream shortening and sugar until light
- 2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c butter flavor shortening
- 2 egg
- 1/2 c molasses
- 4 1/4 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Cinnamon Twists

These are fluffy, light, soft, giant cinnamon twists (cinnamon rolls) that have a gooey, nutty, to-die-for filling
- 1 TBSP active dry yeast or 1 1/4 oz package
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1/4 C lukewarm water (110 F or 45 C)
- 1 C buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 to 6 C hot roll mix (the recipe below)
- Cinnamon filling (below)
- Powdered-sugar glaze (below)
- 3 About 3 TBSP butter (melted, to brush dough with later)

- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 2 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 3/4 cups King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1/2 cup minced crystallized ginger, raisins, or dried cranberries, optional
