- 4 English muffins, split
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
- 1 1/2 ounces (1 1/2 cups) baby spinach
- 4 thin tomato slices
Garlic-Toasted Tomato Sandwiches

In a medium bowl, mash the feta with the mayonnaise and chives and season with salt and pepper
- 3 ounces French feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 6 navel oranges
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- To accurately test the doneness of the brownies, be sure to stick the toothpick into the brownie portion, not the cream cheese. Leftover brownies should be stored in the refrigerator. Let leftovers stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
