Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

Tabbouleh Salad

In saucepan, bring 1 3/4 cups water to boil; stir in bulgur

- 1 cup bulgur (medium or coarse)
- 1 19 oz can chickpean, drained and rinsed
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped

- 1 cup minced fresh Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Chicken and Asparagus Rolls
