Stuffed Pork Loin

Ingredients
- Stuffing:
- 2 pork loins split
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- bread crumbs
- onions
- parsley
- melted butter
- mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Cut pork into halves lengthwise. Mix stuffing ingredients until well blended. Spread on bottom of pork and place the other half on top. Pour over cream of mushroom soup (no milk added)
Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
