1. Preheat oven to 325F. Grease two 5x9" loaf pans
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in the side of each chicken breast half
- 4 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/3 lbs)
- 1 cup shredded smoked Rofumo cheese, smoked Gouda or cheddar (4oz)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp peanut oil or other cooking oil

- 1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers (50 crackers) pulsed in a food processor to coarse crumbs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 8 slices hearty white sandwich bread
- 6 slices American cheese
- 3 to 4 quarts vegetable oil

1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients mixing lightly but thoroughly
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 506 shakes Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning (like Tony Chachere’s)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns

- 2/3 cup cranberry juice

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 (8oz) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
