- 3 lbs potatoes, sliced thinly
- salt to taste
- 9 tbsp flour
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 qt milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup parmesan

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2
- 1 cup peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Patriotic Protein Shake

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, whole
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup protein powder (used chocolate flavored)
- 2 cups ice cubes

- 1 oz gin
- 1/4 oz ginger liqueur (donain de canton)
- 2 zo fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup

- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce to taste, 4-6 drops

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 pkg (1oz) Taco Seasoning Mix
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 cup Salsa
