1. In a Dutch oven, combine the first nine ingredients; bring to a boil
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 pkg (12oz) frozen broccoli and cheese sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup 2% milk

- 5-6 baking potatoes, peeled and cut in medium size chunks
- 1/3 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix first 5 dry ingredients in a greased 8" square metal baking pan
- 1 1/2 Cups flour (all-purpose)
- 3 Tbsp cocoa (unsweetened)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 5 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Cup water
- Toppings
- Hershey bars, regular size (approximately 4)
- Marshmallows (large or small, enough to cover top of cake in a single layer. I used large marshmallows, cutting them in half)
- Graham crackers, crushed (4 whole crackers)
