  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
