- 4 bone-in chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 ripe tomato, seeded, chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (I use jar garlic)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or broth
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream

1. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, set aside
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 oz pecans
- 4 pkgs pillsbury dough biscuits
- 1 (14oz) apple pie filling
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp apple juice

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease cookie sheets
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/3 cups (8oz pkg) toffee bits
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes, optional
Lemon Herb Roast Chicken with Pan Gravy

1. Heat the oven to 375°F
- 1 lemon
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 roasting chicken (5-7 lbs)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup water

1. Preheat the oven to 350F
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup unsulfured molasses
- 1 ex-large egg, room tempterature
- 1 1/4 cups chopped crystallized ginger (6oz)
- Sugar, for rolling the cookies

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 40 oz light vanilla soy milk
- 5 oz rum
- 1 sm pkg Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla instant pudding
- 6 no calorie sweetener packets
- 2/3 cup canned pure pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Additional cinnamon

- Praline Topping:
- 1 loaf French bread (13-16oz)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Dash salt

- Maple syrup
- 1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
