1. In large mixing bowl beat the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium to high speed 30 seconds

Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast

1. Preheat an oven to 100F
- 1 cup mashed fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 8 slices bread, cut in half diagonally
- 1 tsp butter
- 8 sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp confectioners' sugar for dusting
- 1 cup whipped cream
Almond Sour Cream Pound Cake

1. Spray a 10" tube pan with cooking spray
- 2 sticks room temp butter (no substitute)
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs, separated
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- 3 tbsp almond extract
- slivered almonds
Nutty Chocolate Fudge

1. Line a 13x9" pan with foil; butter the foil with 1 tbsp butter and set aside
- 3 tbsp butter, divided
- 12 oz German sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups (12oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7oz) marshmallow creme
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
- 2 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped
Prosecco Peach Punch

1. Thaw peaches to room temperature but do not drain
- 1 pkg (16oz) frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 bottle (750ml) Prosecco or other sparkling wine
- OR 4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
- Cubed or crushed ice

Steak au Poivre

- 4 thick cuts beef tenderloin (or your favorite steak)
- coarse salt, like kosher
- 2 – 3 tbsp whole black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup cognac
- 1 cup heavy cream
Watermelon Margarita

1. In a blender, puree the watermelon and sugar until smooth
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 limes, 2 juiced and 1 cup into wedges for garnish
- 8 oz tequila (reviewer said vodka ok)
- 5 oz triple sec, divided
- 3 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp chili powder

1. Beat eggs white until very stiff
- 6 eggs, separated
- 2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 6 drops vanilla
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Rum
- Water
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon sticks
