TOASTED BREADCRUMBS

Tear or cut the bread into 1-to 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 About 1/2 lb. Fresh white bread, preferably a firm country loaf (to yield 4 cups coarse crumbs)
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil or melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 Tsp. Kosher salt.
SPINACH CASSEROLE

- 6 SPINACH
- 6 T CHOPPED ONION
- 3 JARS ARTICHOKES
- 1 1/2 t SALT
- 3/4 t PEPPER
- 9 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
- 1 1/.2 C SOUR CREAM
- 3/3 C PARMESAN
PEANUT BRITTLE (Julie’s Microwave)

Spread in well buttered pan Mixture hardens very rapidly – break up and remove from pan
- Mix in glass mixing bowl:
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup dark corn syrup
- Microwave on high 4 minutes
- Add 1 cup Virginia diner salted peanuts
- Microwave on high 4 minutes
- Add 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. butter
- Microwave on high
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 minutes
- Quickly stir in 1 t. baking soda.
BEEF KOREAN STYLE BULGOGI

- Simmer; Whisk in:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice-vinegar
- 2 T.soy sauce
- 2 T. fresh ginger, minced
- 1 t. garlic, minced
- 2 t. toasted sesame oil
- 2 .t.sambal
- 1 t.water
- 1 t.cornstarch
- SEASON AND GRILL; GARNISH WITH:
- 3/4 ribeye steak, cut into
- 1/4 ”-thick strips
- Salt and Pepper
- Sliced scallions
- Toasted sesame seeds
