- 3 TBS BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 3 TBS MINCED GARLIC
- 1 TSP CRUSHED PEPPERCORNS
- CUT 8 PEELED RIPE TOMATOES INT 3/8 INCH SLICES

ADD MARINADE AND TOSS
ARRANGE TOMATOES AND MARINADE ON 2 NON-STICK BAKING SHEETS
BAKE AT 275 FOR 1 HOUR
ADD 1/2 CUP DICED PITTED KALAMATA OLIVES
BAKE 1 HOUR LONGER.
COOL 10 MINS
BLEND WITH A FORK
REFERIGERATE 2 HOURS
USE AS SPREAD FOR CRUSTY BREADS. MAKES ONE CUP
