Pecan Toffee Fudge Recipe

This quick fudge is always popular wherever it shows up and makes great gifts for loved ones and friends
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Dash salt
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup English toffee bits

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Large baking sheet with silpat or lined with parchment
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 6 Tbsp fine baker's sugar
- 1/2 cup ice cold butter
- 1/2 cup ice cold whipping cream
- 1 pint of fresh blueberries
- For the topping
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 Tbsp whipping cream

First Class Peach and Spice Oatmeal Cookies

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar - packed
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch (each) mace and ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups dried peaches - diced (if they are not moist, plump them in hot water, dry and dice)

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups (245 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (60 grams) shelled, unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup (75 grams) dried cranberries or cherries

- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup eggnog
- 5 1/3 tbsp melted, unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- splash of spiced rum (about 1 tbsp)

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
