- 2 (3-ounce) packages vanilla-flavored pudding and pie filling mix (not instant)
- 3 cups milk
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- Crust Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 2

- 1/2 cup cold LAND O LAKES® Butter, cut into chunks
- 4 to 5 tablespoons cold water
- Topping Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 3 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts

- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 7 Tablespoons Milk

Caramel Cashew Clusters

Directions: 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside
- Ingredients:
- 30 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped {about 8 ounces}
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup salted cashew, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vegetable shortening
Orange Angel Food Cake with Caramel Sauce and Tropical-Fruit Compote

This cake is light as air— and infused with flavor, thanks to a little grated orange peel
- Sauce:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- Cake:
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups egg whites (about 9 large)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Compote:
- 2 blood oranges
- 3 ripe passion fruits
- 1 kiwi, peeled, quartered lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 cup 1/2-inch cubes mango
- 1/2 cup 1/2-inch cubes pineapple
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Sweet & Sour Dressing! (Oil free)

Here's a delicious salad dressing that's oil-free
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 bunch basil (A "bunch" is the amount twist-tied together by your grocery store)
- 3-4 Tbsp honey (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1-2 tsp salt (I used 1.5)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic (I used 5)
White Silk Raspberry Tart

With cream cheese and whipped cream, every bite of this raspberry-topped tart is as smooth as silk!
- 20 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 package (6 oz) white chocolate baking bars, chopped
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Easy Guacamole

- 1 jalapeno (seeded for less heat, if desired), finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

The Best Apple Pie

We've made many apple pies over the years, and this is our favorite—so far
- Crust
- 2 cups (8 ounces) King Arthur Mellow Pastry Blend or King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- heaping 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick, 4 ounces) unsalted butter
- 3 to 5 tablespoons (1 1/2 to 2 1/2 ounces) ice water
- Filling
- 3 1/4 pounds (about 9 whole apples, 10 cups) Cortland or other baking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 3/4 cup (5 1/4 ounces) sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons apple pie spice
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) boiled cider
- 1 tablespoon rum (optional)
- 1/4 cup (1 5/8 ounces) King Arthur Pie Filling Enhancer
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- juice of 1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
