Heat oven to 375. Separate dough into 10 biscuits
- 1 can 12 ox Pillsbury Grands Jr Golden Layers refrigerated buttermilk or flaky biscuits
- 10 frozen cooked Italian style meatballs, thawed and cut in half
- 2 sticks string cheese, each cut into 10 pieces
- 1 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 T Italian seasoning
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1 c marinara sauce, heated
Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pouch dry onion soup mix
- 6 small red potatoes, halved
- 6 medium carrots, cut into 2 in pieces

Yam and Pecan Casserole

- 3 1/2 pounds yams or sweet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 each eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 16 oz
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- fresh strawberries optional
Beef Roast Dinner (skinny)

Place vegetables in a slow cooker
- 1 lb red potatoes, cubed
- 1/4 lb small fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c fresh baby carrots
- 1 med green pepper, chopped
- 1 med parsnip, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 3 lb rump or bottom round roast
- 1 can beef broth
- 3/4 t salt
- 3/4 t dried oregano
- 1/4 t pepper
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1/4 c cold water
Meatloaf with Tomato Relish

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Tomato Relish:
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded, and finely diced
- 2 tomatoes, halved, seeded, and finely diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Meatloaf:
- 3 slices white bread, crusts removed, torn into chunks by hand
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs
- Leaves from 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 to 4 bacon slices

Mom's Oven Barbecued Ribs

- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce

Chex Apple Pie Snack Mix

- 3 c cinnamon chex cereal
- 3 c rice chex cereal
- 1 c walnut pieces
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c butter or margarine
