- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 T butter, softened
- 2-3 T milk

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt
- Sugar cookie layer:
- 2 C sugar
- 2 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter, softened

- 2 large eggs
- Cookie Butter layer:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 C cookie butter
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- Chocolate layer:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1/3 cup water

Mandarin Orange Truffles

In blender or food processor, chop oranges very fine
- 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 6 oz pkg (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whipping cream or evaporated milk
- 3 T butter
- 12 oz box vanilla wafers, crushed (3 cups)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 2 T orange-flavored liqueur

Preheat oven to 325. Mix wet ingredients together first, then add dry
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 4 T cocoa powder
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t cloves
- 2 cups finely dices zucchini

- 2 cups chilled heavy cream
- 4 large egg yolks
- 3 T sugar

- 7 oz fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (50-60% cocoa), chopped
- Lightly sweetened whipped cream
