- 1 T sugar

- 4 cups flour

- 2 pkg Jimmy Dean's Sausage
- 2 lbs frozen Ore Ida hash brown potatoes (move to refrigerator the night before)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can sour cream with chives
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese (whatever kind you like)
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Blend butter, sugars, eggs, water and vanilla together
- 1 cup butter, room temp
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 2-3 cups old fashioned oatmeal

- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T garlic
- 1 T worcestershire

- Marinade:
- 2 lbs flank steak
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 T honey
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 1/2 t ginger
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 scallion

- Spice rub:
- 4 (1 1/4 to 1/12 inch)thick center-cut loin pork chops, either rib or t-bone, trimmed
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T paprika, preferably Hungarian
- 1 T chile powder, preferably Gebhardt
- 1-2 t cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 T granulated garlic, or garlic powder
- 2 T light or dark brown sugar
- 1 T ground cumin
- 1 T dry mustard, preferably Colman's
- 1 t ground sage
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1/4 sup salt
- 1 T freshly ground pepper
- Pan Sauce:
- 2 t finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or dry vermouth
- 1/2 cup chicken or beef stock
- 1 t chopped fresh herbs such as sage, rosemary, thyme, savory, or dill (or 1/2 t dried)
- salt and pepper to taste

- 3-4 slices white sandwich bread with crusts, torn into quarters

- 4 oz (1 cup) Italian fontina cheese, shredded
