- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion
- 2 large cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 large cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 T sweet basil
- 2-3 T sugar
- 3 T italian seasoning
- 1 T chili powder
- fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Black Russian Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt pan
- Glaze:
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
- 1 6oz pkg instant chocolate pudding
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Kahlua

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans mexican style chili beans
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 bag corn chips
- taco seasoning

Lemon Snowflake Cookies

Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 T milk
- 2 t grated lemon peel
- 1 egg
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
Cauliflower and Carmelized Onion Tart

- 1 small head of cauliflower (about 1lb) cored, cut into 1 inch florets
- 2 1/2 T olive oil, divided
- 1 T truffle oil
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 large onion, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 large eggs
- 1 7-8oz container mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 t ground white pepper
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 cup grated Gruyére cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Coffee Can Ice Cream

- Ice cream:
- 1 3-lb coffee can with lid
- 1 1-lb coffee can with lid
- rock salt
- crushed ice
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/2 t peppermint extract
- red food coloring
- 3 T crushed peppermint stick

Preheat oven to 350. On a lightly floured surface, roll pie crust
- 1/2 (15oz) package refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 T butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 (5oz) bag baby spinach
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t ground white pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 t minced roasted garlic
- 1 1/2 cup Gruyére cheese, grated
- 1 (10oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

- 8 sprigs fresh thyme

- 1 1/4 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 T honey
Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage

- 2 1lb red skinned sweet potatoes (yams), rinsed, patted dry, pierced all over with fork
- 1 12oz container fresh ricotta cheese, drained in sieve 2 hours
- 1 cup finely grates parmesan sheese (about 3oz)
- 2 T (packed) golden brown sugar
- 2 t plus 2 T salt
- 1/2 t freshly ground nutmeg
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 6 T chopped fresh sage plus whole leaves for garnish
