Dips, Annie's Own Delicious Crab Dip

A rich, creamy, cheesy crab dip
- 2 6 1/2 ounce cans (Sea Fare) jumbo
- crab meat
- 8 ounces of shredded Monterrey Jack
- cheese
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- softened
- 3 green onions white and green parts
- chopped
- 2/3 to 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tea. minced fresh garlic
- 1 teas. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 teas. of Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teas. paprika, Old Bay seasoning, or seafood seasoning of choice.

- 1 litre YAGO Sant'gria
- 1/2 can of orange juice concentrate
- Lots of fresh fruit,
- 16 oz. Fresca for some added fizz.

Thoroughly cream shortning and sugars
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teas. salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, pecans or raisins or both.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut diagonally into 1 1/2" pieces.
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. butter, cut into bits
- 1/2 cup finely chopped shallots (about 2 large)
- 4 slices firm white sandwich bread, cut into 1/4" pieces
- 1/2 cup pine nuts (1 1/2 oz)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 oz finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (1 cup)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
