Dip, Outbacksteakhouse dipping sauce -Bloomin' Onion

Copycat of the bloomin onion dipping sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons kethup
- 2 Tablespoo ns horseradish (little less)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- dash ground pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
Nuts, Cinnamon-Orange Spiced Nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 cups whole almonds
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Spice, Jeffrey's Blackening Spice

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
- Makes about 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup Spanish or California paprika
- 1 tablespoon fine sea salt
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano

- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup jalepenos
- 3/4 cup Parmesian grated cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo (miracle whip)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
- horseradish to taste
Shrimp ( Shrimp in Cilantro Cream Sauce

1. Make a stock by boiling the shells of the shrimp in lightly salted water
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined (shells reserved)
- 1 quart lightly salted water (to make shrimp stock)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted buter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup shrimp stock (See step 1 below)
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup seeded and chopped Roma tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
