- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- FOR THE CRANBERRIES:
- 10 oz. fresh cranberries

- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup (80g) grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (125g) grated tasty (extra sharp) cheese
