Jalapeño-Lime Spritzer

In a pitcher, combine the soda, lime juice, nectar, lime, and jalapeño
- 3 cups club soda
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced (seeded, if desired)
Breakfast Sandwich Pizzas

Yield: 4 to 8 breakfast pizzas
- DOUGH
- 1 3/4 cups (7 1/4 ounces) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour*
- 1 1/4 cups (7 1/4 ounces) semolina*
- 2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) King Arthur Easy-Roll Dough Improver (optional, but helpful)
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (1/4 ounce) Pizza Dough Flavor (optional, but delicious)
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons (7/8 ounce) olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) cool water
- TOPPING
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 slices (8 ounces) bacon, or 8 ounces breakfast meat of your choice
Fresh Honey Lemonade

In a heatproof 1-quart pitcher or bowl, combine the honey and hot water and stir until the honey is dissolved
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups steaming hot water
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes for serving

- 3 green apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 unpeeled red apples, sliced
- 4 large firm bananas, peeled
- 1/2 cup lemon juice

- 2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained

- 3 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) boiled cider or frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) applesauce
- 3 cups peeled, chopped apples (about 3 apples, 3/4 pound before peeling)
