Double Frosted Brownies

Directions Prepare brownie mix according to package directions

- 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix

- Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves*
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamoon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg*
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Glaze ingredients:
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ~1 teaspoon water
Chocolate Kiss - Peanut Butter Cookies

Heat oven to 375. Mix milk and peanut butter in large bowl until smooth
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups Bisqiuck baking mix
- 1 tsp. vanilla

- 36 (approximately) foil - wrapped kisses, or 1 (6 oz) pkg. semi - sweet chocolate chips

- 2 Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- 3 Stir coconut extract and 1 teaspoon rum extract into frosting. Spread frosting on cupcakes. Dip tops of frosted cupcakes in coconut. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
Ground Beef Taco Rice Dinner

In a skillet cook ground beef, onions, and green pepper until meat is done and onions and peppers are tender
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (like rotel)
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 package homemade taco seasoning (or use homemade)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- optional ingredients for serving: sour cream, chips, cheese etc.
Chocolate Fondue
