Savory Sausage Stuffing

Cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink
- 2 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1-1/2 c. diced onion
- 3/4 c coarsely grated carrots
- 1-1/2 c. diced celery
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed/drained
- 2 tsp. Dried rosemary
- 2 tsp. Poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 pkg (15 oz) herbed dry bread cubes
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 egg. lightly beaten
Tomato Pie

Method 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F
- 1 9-inch pie shell (see pie crust recipe for homemade version)
- 1/2 yellow or red onion, chopped
- 3-4 tomatoes, cut in half horizontally, squeezed to remove excess juice, roughly chopped, to yield approximately 3 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced basil (about 8 leaves)*
- 2 cups grated cheese (combination of sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack, or Gruyere or Mozarella)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon (or more to taste) of Frank's Hot Sauce (or Tabasco)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 3-1/2 c. thinly sliced cucumbers (about 1 lb.)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 2 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbls. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbls. salt
Spicy Red Lentil Chili from Wegmans

- 1 c. Red Lentils
- 4 cups + 2 Tbls. Water, divided
- 2 Tbls. Butter
- 1/2 c. Onion, diced small
- 1/2 c. (1 stalk) Celery, diced small
- 2 Tbls. Garlic, chopped
- 1 med. (1/2 lb) Tomato, cored and diced (1 cup) (1 can)
- 2 c. Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbls. Tabasco sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Turmeric
- 1/8 tsp. Cumin
- 1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Chili powder
- 1 Tbls. Cornstarch
- 1/4 c. Green bell pepper, finely diced

- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk, divided
- 10 ounces bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened and cut into 1-inch pieces
Pad Kee Mao (Spicy Ground Chicken and Rice Noodles)

1 Place noodles in a large bowl and cover with boiling water
- 1 (14-ounce) package wide rice noodles
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 2 limes)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium shallots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 medium garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 medium red or green bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 medium jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup loosely packed Thai basil leaves

- 1 Tbps of curry powder
- A pinch of cumin

- 16 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 green onions
- 1-2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of sesame or hemp seeds
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- Small handful of basil
- Slice of one beet
- Optional: small thumb of ginger

- 4-5 cups shredded zucchini
- 2-3 cups of shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1-2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Half a cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup of sliced scallions or green onion
- Thumb of ginger
- Juice of one lime
- Quarter cup of crushed pistachios as a topping
- Fresh mint
- Optional: Jalepeño
- FullyRaw Sesame Ginger Dressing:
- 3/4 cup raw, unhulled sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh apple juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup crushed pistacchios
- 1/4 cup tamarind sauce
- 1 thumb fresh ginger
- Half to 1 lime squeezed
