Holiday Fruit Salad

- 6-8 Apples
- 6 Oranges
- 1 lb Grapes
- 3-4 Cans Fruit Cocktail (You can use generic, it is every bit as good!)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 6 egg yolks

A simple but colorful pasta salad that's perfect for potlucks, picnics, or cookouts
- 1 (16-ounce) package fusilli (spiral) pasta
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/2 pound salami, cubed
- 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni, cut in half
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 (10-ounce) can black olives, drained
- 1 (4-ounce) jar pimentos, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing

- Ingredients
- 6 * 6 (4-oz.) cubed steaks (1 1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 * 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 45 * 45 saltine crackers, crushed (1 sleeve plus 7 crackers)

- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

- 2 lbs. green beans
- 1/4 c pickling salt
- 1-1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 1-1/4 c white vinegar
- 2-1/2 c water
- 4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and trimmed
- 4 T dill seed
The Best Homemade Mexican Salsa

Instructions If using fresh tomatoes, add ½ inch of water to a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 6-8 large Roma tomatoes (about 2 pounds) OR 1-28 ounce can(s) of whole tomatoes, drained
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 2-3 hot peppers (see tips), seeded and halved
- 1/2-1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (aka coriander or Chinese parsley), to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, optional
- juice of one lemon or lime, optional
